I'm Back

Say hello to my most recent purchase. Can't wait until their arrival.

Eileen Shields "Tara" Boot. Get them here.

Pretty Little Thing

So I have this problem. I hate wearing bras. HATE. I just find them so incredibly uncomfortable. I'm therefore rather surprised to find myself writing this post, but this bralette at American Apparel seems like it might actually be wearable by my bizarre standards. Plus it'd look awesome peaking out the sides of an oversized tank top.

Bonified Awesome

Heather of Bona Drag just previewed this awesome ring bracelet on the store blog, and I must say I can't even wait for it to be available on the site. Their jewelry offerings are always kick-ass.

Copenhagen Fashion Week: By Malene Birger

I am so in love with this collection. It manages to capture slouchy, sexy, classic and urban all at once. Yikes, just realized it's been the longest time since I've been attracted to any color other than black...scrolling through my previous posts was a serious wake-up call.

PS Hope you guys like the new blog design!

death by studs & leather

I thought I was done with studs but I thought wrong. Despite my recent vow to resist the now-ubiquitous trend, I just can't seam to get enough - designers continue to expand upon the rock/punk/glam aesthetic in new and exciting ways. Above is just some more foot candy I've been craving.

Bird skulls and rat jaws and teeth, oh my!

Just came back from a lovely trip to Montreal where I was lucky enough to acquire a few new jewelry pieces. Harakiri is the creation of Mireille Boucher and I've quickly become a fan. Her use of skulls and bones are reminiscent of Pamela Love's edgy, feral designs, though slightly more delicate. I definitely like.

Ooh Baby Baby

I may not be able afford Alexander Wang's denim/leather combo jacket, but I seem to have found the perfect budget solution, and without even sacrificing much on quality!

Blackmarketbaby is the Etsy shop of Montreal-based fashion student Audrey Cantwell. Just five minutes on her site has my mind spinning - the materials are luxurious and the prices are extraordinarily cheap. This girl has got some serious talent, and I'm not just referring to her A.Wang knockoff. I've posted a few of her designs below...can't wait to see what else this chick has in store.
